Matt Whitlock wrote the original xsltc-m-p. Then when I wanted to use
it on a project, I tweaked some features and updated the code in svn.
The xsltc-m-p compiles xslt stylesheets into Xalan translets.

As of now, there is no official release per-se of this plugin, as it
still lives in the sandbox. Based on the relatively low interest in
the plugin, I'm honestly unsure if it will ever make it out of the
sandbox.

To Simone -- what exactly do you want to do with the plugin? There's
not much documentation, but it is a pretty simple plugin with
literally 1 file of Java source code.

For now, you will need to check it out of svn and "mvn install" it
locally yourself.
