Archetype NG is supposed to work properly with multimodule projects however I just tested it and found that it is now working.
I added a comment to the original JIRA: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/ARCHETYPE-153 This feature is one that I need for projects in the near term and I would appreciate it if Maven experts here could help with resolving this problem.
