The project I'm working on has a transitive dependency to the commons-digester 2.0 jar file. When the pom is run, we get the following error.
[INFO] Failed to resolve artifact. [14:08:01]: Missing: [14:08:01]: ---------- [14:08:01]: 1) commons-digester:commons-digester:jar:2.0 We've tried copying the file to the repo manually and we still get the error.
