I did it this way and it works... but not sure it's the right way....

<directory>3fs-dist/target</directory>
<includes>
<include>*.tar.gz</include>
</includes>
<outputDirectory></outputDirectory>
</fileSet>
</fileSets>
Somehow I think that if it's a submodule I shouldn't have to specify the
directory,etc...
