Those warnings come from the compiler plugin [1] and are off by default. Have you changed the settings for the compiler plugin? Especially the options:
showDeprecation boolean Sets whether to show source locations where deprecated APIs are used. Default value is false. showWarnings boolean Set to true to show compilation warnings.
