This ordering is now the intended behaviour. There is no way to change this. It is meant to mirror what maven does on compilation. How does mvn compile or mvn test work for this problem class? Why does this class exist? Is it not a compatible replacement of the jdk class? A workaround is for you to manually change the ordering inside eclipse after running mvn eclipse:eclipse.
