Yes it should be ok

Try to reach your MMS-C using *"telnet 165.21.42.84 8080"* when ppp0 is up
and rounting is done.
Or do this test with mbuni stop and launch ppd by hand *'pppd call
mobile-auth'*

If you succeed then maybe you post a bad MMS. What is the command you run to
post a MMS to Mbuni ?
