Neither... We are currently working on 2.0.0-M4, and this will be
released as soon as we have fixed all those issues :

It might take a couple of months... (also consider that as it's a
volunteer work, we accept all goodwill person to help us ! It's not
_that_ complicated to become a committer :)
Regardless, accommodating API changes is not a
problem for us as long as the underlying code is reasonably stable. It
sounds like we should be considering MINA 2.
Seems to be a reasonable choice :)
