That's something we have to generate. I don't know why it has not been
created, as it is supposed to be part of the packaging system, but as we
currently have a problem with the maven assembly plugin, I guess this is
the reason it's not existing. (FYI, I had to modify the packages by hand
...)
May be we have something missing in the packaging system, too...
