Does it improve performance?  We see a noticeable performance decline
when we use Tiles compared to not using Tiles.  This hasn't been a
pure test, but when we're running the content-tile alone, which
contains the bulk of our JSF markup, performance noticeably improves. 
I'm guessing this is because of the TilesServlet.  If we use the
JspTilesViewHandler, will this improve?
