I've never seen that before. Which version of Tomcat are you using
5.0? or 5.5? I don't have this problem with 5.0 but I've never tried
it with 5.5. My guess is the renaming of the jars is something to do
with Tomcat 5.5 and is not related to MyFaces.
I'm not familiar with the warnings so I will let someone else handle that.
