We develop them just outside, to get things going faster... and easier to setup

When they have reached a "decent" degree of maturity and a "sufficient" number 
of
people requesting them to be delivered as part of MyFaces, then the MyFaces-
developers can import them into the correct MyFaces subproject

If a component does "not make it into MyFaces", does not mean, that it is
worth nothing, it still can be reused by somebody needing it...

AND
I would prefer to develop them in a way, that makes it possible to use
under the RI and under MyFaces...
