Please read the following FAQ entry regarding proxy configuration for SVN. http://subversion.tigris.org/faq.html#proxy Since webdav seems to be working for you with other clients, please verify that your "svn" client is being configured to go through the proxy by updating the "servers" configuration file as described by the FAQ entry.
