Oracle will open source 104 components of the ADF faces component set
- there are still some more not being open sourced, but they might
follow if the first donation is as successful as we suspect. In fact,
I doubt you'll miss any functionality in JSF world with the combined
component sets of Cherokee, Tobago and Tomahawk.
What do you think the future of Tomahawk will be? There seems to be overlapping (not that it's categorically a bad thing) if it is complemented
with a complete set of uniformally designed components.
This could indeed be a big boost for the JSF community/popularity.
