if your own theme based on richmod. I found following
background: #6699FF url(none) repeat-x top;
in the selector
div.tobago-tab-selected-outer
and
div.tobago-tab-unselected-outer
in the file
org/apache/myfaces/tobago/renderkit/html/richmond/standard/style/style.css
Can you try to remove the url from the style?

Tobago spits out this error repeatedly within our log file. the emp
theme is our own theme which works fine.
I tried adding a blank none.css file under standard/style, but that
didn't correct the error.
Can somebody point out why Tobago keeps trying to access this file? -
And a method to correct it..
