Yes, our theme is based on richmond and deleting the url(none) fixed the
problem with spitting out the security errors on STDERR.

if your own theme based on richmod. I found following

background: #6699FF url(none) repeat-x top;

in the selector
div.tobago-tab-selected-outer
and
div.tobago-tab-unselected-outer

in the file
org/apache/myfaces/tobago/renderkit/html/richmond/standard/style/style.c
ss

Can you try to remove the url from the style?
