The myfaces examples no longer exist at that url. But, as Chris
mentioned "Core-Servlets
JSF Tutorial by Marty Hall" (Bottom of the getting started page) is
a good starting point and you can use the file "jsf-blank-myfaces.zip"
located at http://www.coreservlets.com/JSF-Tutorial/ to get started.

Any idea where this is located? It's definitely not on the "here" link.

need.
That is where I just ended up. Unfortunately it seems to be an older
version and some stuff has changed, I am still trying to figure it out.
