Hi,
for the moment thereis no more example build of myface. However, you can
still download the 1.1.1 example version in the archives:
http://archive.apache.org/dist/myfaces/binaries/

The libs are older but the configuration hasn't changed a lot.
Concerning the coreservlet tutorial, it's not outdated. In fact i use
the latest nightly builds of jsf here and i have this documentation
openened as a reference on my desktop, available at hand.
