t:columns issue

Hello,

by using t:colums with Sun JSF RI 1.2_06 get
*java.lang.IllegalStateException
with message: *UIColumns component must be a child of a UIData component

It seems to work with MyFaces impl, but I have to use Sun JSF RI.

Any clues ?!
