Chakrader, Yes the workflow today requires you to have removed those processors/extensions from the flow before removing them from the system classpath. In such a case it would be smooth and fine. However, we recognize that users will not always know to do that or remember to do that. Therefore, I think what Matt B just suggested is a great solution.
