DetectDuplicate : java.net.ConnectException

Hi,
Iam new to Apache Nifi and Iam trying it out on my Windows machine. When I use 
the DetectDuplicate processor, I get java.net.ConnectException. How can I start 
DistributedMapCacheClientService?
