Without more information, it does appear the error is on the "server side", as 
NiFi does not run on Tomcat. Is this a remote connection between two different 
servers or are both applications running on the same machine?

I don’t know what the heap size is on the Tomcat server you appear to be 
connecting to, and I am not sure why you would have a screenshot of that HTML 
response.

Is the Tomcat server hosting a 200+ MB file that you want to ingest into NiFi?
