Hi Mike,
It looks like Nifi thinks my system is x86 when it is actually 64bit. Is there a way to switch this to 64 to match the actual machine? -Eric T. Do you have 8GB of RAM to allocate to the JVM? (That's what Xmx8g means) 32bit VMs are typically only provisioned with less than 4GB of RAM. Any ideas on how to resolve? I would expect the files that are loaded that cause the error would get routed, but instead it appears as though it eventually just stops accepting new files all together since the queue No errors in nifi-bootstrap.log. It runs for a while then gradually slows down and stops processing new files. Tried increase the memory heap to 1,024 MB, but got an error when tried to follow the https://community.hortonworks.com/articles/7882/hdfnifi-best-practices-for-setting-up-a-high-perfo.html recommended 8g settings.
