Vijay,

The downloads page is meant to link to the current and previous release and
otherwise point to the archives.  This is generally something the ASF
requests because the current links are served by mirrors whereas older ones
come from ASF infra/archives and have stricter bandwidth/rate limiting.

Is there something specific you need with regard to that particular link
being on the download page?
