We are observing this issue on 1.9.2, we modified properties, not sure anything additional needs to done.

I can confirm what Mark said, NiFi 1.9.1 indeed has the above bug. We ran into that problem with 1.9.1 not cleaning up the content repository filled the disk. NiFi 1.9.2 does fix this problem.
