Use the Hive3 processors. They were removed from the NiFi distribution and you have to install them yourself - nar's are in maven. Be aware there is a bad memory leak in Hive3Streaming.

Is the version of hive used in nifi stuck on hadoop 2.6.2 or is there a different path to upgrading it?
