Nifi - 1.15.3 The resolution process is still the same with our version?

Versions below 1.13 had a cluster coordination problem that was exactly this error message. The workaroud was remove the clusters, change what you want, stop nifi on disconnected nodes, delete their flow.xml.gz and let them rejoin the cluster.
