Hi Joe,

Thanks for the fast response, I will circle back to this when I can
(hopefully a week or 2) and update with what the root cause was if I can
find it. There was no smoking gun in the app log as far as I can tell. In
the meantime if anyone has success with this on their own I'd appreciate it
if they shared their experience.
