Did you configure the application in Entra as a Multi-Tenant
application? You have the global endpoint (login.microsoftonline.com)
as the authority endpoint - but I would expect this to be
https://login.microsoftonline.com/tenantId - you can validate this in
the App Registration by clicking the Endpoints on the top and looked
at the "Supported Account Types".
