Geoffrey, Generally, the Apache Software Foundation strongly discourages the use of community project mailing lists to be used for solicitation, recruitment or job postings. An ASF project mailing list services the users and/or project developers in their respective communities, fostering technical discussion and discovery of the project as authored by and for users.
If a project were to allow solicitations and job recruitment messages, it would risk turning into a glorified job board with little technical discussion. This would not be a net positive for the community as a whole (assuming that you don't actually have job availability for all of us). I have found that using the keyword "nifi" in a traditional job search finds good niche opportunities that would cater to users looking for job placement. I'd recommend keeping your job posting activities to such venues.
