Ongelofelijk! Ik heb het gevonden!
Je opent een programma in W10. Daarna open je LO. Dat gaat dan "achter"
het andere programma.
Dan rechtsklik je op de taakbalk, ontgrendelt hem en vergrendelt hem weer.
Nu sluit je alles af.
De volgende keer zal LO "on top" opstarten.
