Yes, you can change your vote on the wiki until 23:59 GMT on July 9th.
My opinion, is that the URL is optional and should not be inferred as
part of any winning logo, given any usage of the logo should include a
link back to our home page.

Also, is the url a "given" or not? I noticed that some of the submissions
have the url integrated with the design. It would be nice to have the url
available for a quick reference, but is that a given wherever the logo is
