Hi David, You need to file a CLA [1][2] with Apache then you can be added to the access control lists for the wiki. I didn't see your name here [3] so I'm assuming you haven't filed a CLA (not sure this is the most up to date list though). If you have filed one let me know and I'll see if I can get you added.
