Christopher, I do have PIL installed. I have a test.py that I make sure it runs with. I had an earlier error because I have a 64 bit operating system but the 32 bit version works just fine. TG. The building of a 64 bit version of PIL was more than I wanted to handle right now. The image does work when I do not specify filebounds.
The image is too big to attach. It is 4MB. Here is the URL of the very first div tag for this layer. You can see that the BBOX is not within the MaxExtent range. <DIV style="LEFT: -201px; OVERFLOW: hidden; WIDTH: 256px; POSITION: absolute; TOP: 899px; HEIGHT: 256px"><IMG class=olTileImage id=OpenLayersDiv470 style="WIDTH: 256px; POSITION: relative; HEIGHT: 256px; BACKGROUND-COLOR: pink; alt: OpenLayersDiv470" src=" tilecache.cgi?LAYERS= MyImage &FORMAT=image%2Fpng&TRANSPARENT=TRUE&SERVICE=WMS&VERSION= 1.1.1&REQUEST=GetMap&STYLES=&EXCEPTIONS=application%2Fvnd.ogc.se_inimage&SRS=EPSG%3A4326&BBOX=- 124.013671875,48.251953125,-123.9697265625,48.2958984375&WIDTH=256&HEIGHT=256" _eventCacheID="OpenLayersDiv470_eventCacheID_471" galleryImg="no" viewRequestID="2" _attempts="2"></DIV> Thanks!
