I purchased an office package back in December, as a Christmas present for my family and for my schooling.I have to software on my laptop with a big issue I keep having to re-log in every 3 months due to it saying its an unlicensed copy and lately it wont let me use it even when I do log in again. Can you help me so it stays on my laptop or give me a new one due to it being unlicensed. Its still downloaded on my computer just wont allow me to use it or save any work and the fact I bought it to use it and cant use it is a big issue.
