If you paid and have to licence, you did not get it from
www.openoffice.org.  You'll have to deal with whoever you paid. 
OpenOffice is a free application, that does not require you to
re-register.  You can get it, for free, from www.openoffice.org.


Also, can you provide the address where you obtained it?  If they are
indeed forcing you to pay to register OpenOffice, then they are
violating the licence that OpenOffice is provided under.
