In a direct response and screen shot sent to me, the problem for the reporter is that the Download button does not appear on his computer. There are two small adjacent circles where the "Download full installation" and "Download language pack" buttons should be.
The frame with the release information is also empty. I am wondering about adblockers and possible blocking of access to SourceForge. I recommend that Victor try going directly to <http://sourceforge.net/projects/openofficeorg.mirror/>. Victor, you should see a big green Download button just beneath the Apache OpenOffice title and the review stars. If you do, click that button. Do not press any buttons on the next page that comes up. Just wait several seconds. The "Do you want to run or save ... " dialog should then appear at the bottom of your Internet Explorer 11 window.
