Consult this posting for information on finding possible temporary working 
files, which may contain some or all of your data, or none.

Also (I'd do this first) download Recuva or Photorec (only one needed) and let 
it do an indepth recovery of deleted files.  Again, such files may contain some 
or all of your data, or none.  The sooner such indepth recovery is tried the 
better, as operating systems may in normal course of operation overwrite 
previously deleted data.
