Its the repetitive hash tag / pound sign in the OP's (Sean's) initial post
which will make many readers think the initial message is SPAM.

Wade is not indicating / stating or implying that a spam message will
create the issue initially described by Sean.

Wade is telling Sean that a subject line should actually describe the issue
/ problem, and not be a meaningless repitition / hash of symbols.
