One way to solve your problem is to position the cursor just above the 
e-mail-address frame and press Enter once or twice, and then select the 
telephone-number frame and use the up-arrow key to move it back up where you 
want it. You should now be able to click below the frames to enter text.

Doing View > Formatting Marks may make it easier to see what's going on.

Love the product, especially the price but I am havingdifficulty creating a

I have created to top of the letter with my name, address phone andemail but 
now cannot move the cursor below that to work on the main body. Help please
