I am having a problem installing the above update. Part way through the installation, Open Office stops installing and I get a message saying that "the following applications are using files that need to be updated by this set-up. Close these applications and click retry to continue - Google Chrome (Process ID: 14260)".
I have installed other updates and did not get this message. I don't know what it means or what to do. Please help as right now, I am not able to get into any of my documents. Lucy
