Imagine my susprise today when I find ALL extensions are broken.
Nothing can be downloaded. Seems that something has been broken at
Sourceforge.net
Paging devs...
We had to take action, and the decision was to convert everything into
something static. I am not sure what exactly has been done, that is what
i am aware of.
I have started to investigate what i need to do to create a new
extensions service. But i need time, i am not a web developer, and it
takes time. Sorry, all.
There are to many other issues on my slate, too.

The file name FWIW was ooespalette.1.1.0.oxt
But a google search doesn´t find it mirrored anywhere and a search on
web.archive.org also finds it not indexed.
