Looks like you're trying to download a version of OpenOffice, which fails.
It refers to download pages on SourceForge.net.
I understand that they are annoying, but I think there harmless (just a way to 
let you know it failed)

Try to see if you can find the violating entry in Tasks (Ctrl+Alt+Delete)
or in Start up menu

Maybe switching the computer completely off and a minute later on again might 
solve the problem. (if you're on Windows)
