Try the Navigator (F5) It has a view for navigating bookmarks (internal
hyperlinks). Even more convenient is if you click on the navigator bar
on the right scrollbar. At the bottom, between the two double arrows is
a dot. Click it, then select Bookmarks. Then the double arrows will
move forward and backward by links. Let us know if this helps you.
