See Help > Contents > Index > Search term > tables of contents; editing
- Formatting an Index or a Table of Contents and follow the step-by-step
to format your index. If that doesn't work for you then I suggest that
you go to documentation.openoffice.org and get the user guide or the
oooauthors guide you need.
