I have always used Microsoft Works with success.  I had to have my computer 
fixed and they wiped it out and I am unable to use it.
They did however give Open Office 1.1 "create a text document and "create a 
spread sheet.  I do not know how to use it.
Can you help me out.  I really need to be able to use it.
