[users] Corrupt document

I don't know how exactly happened, but today trying to open a document 
with Openoffice 1.9.74 for windows, just for reading and check for 
changes, after a few hours of working in it with 1.1.3 I've lost 
everything. Openoffice 1.9 crashed when opening and by the way it 
corrupted the file.

I tryied to open it with notepad but seems a xml coded file and see 
nothing to save.

The document is attached (my apologies if the list can't handle, please, 
let me know where I can submit it)  If someone can repair it thanks, if 
it just serves for testing or illustration there it is. If you can give 
me some advice on how to repair it (not taken more than an hour), thanks 
too.
