You could try using Writer.
Format the pag(es) as two column, then go to Cals and Copy (selected spreadsheet range) => (go to Writer doc) =>Paste Special => DDE Link
The first row will transfer as your table column headings, and by selecting all (in the text doc) you can sort your data again after copying if you wish.
