Hmmm... I haven't researched this, but can you leave it in general format, put in the first number required, fill down or right, THEN format to time? When entering consecutive numerical data, all i do is enter the first value in the first cell then drag the handle in the lower right corner of that initial cell to the next cell and all the way to the last value i want. In ascii: +---------+----------+ | 1 | 2 | --> works here +---------+----------+ | 2 | | +---------+---------+ also here |
Now, is there a similar feature for time entries? I am making a schedule starting from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Instead of typing everything, I was looking for a similar feature where I just put in 7 (format it as time hh:mm) and then click and drag all the way down to 10:00 pm.
As it is now, in OpenOffice.org1.1.4 Calc's, everything becomes just 7:00pm. What gives?
