Hi Paul, Thanks for all of the great work replying to users questions. However many of your answers may never be seen by those asking questions as many of them are not yet subscribed to the mailing list. You can easily know that many of the posters are unsubscribed when "[moderated]" is in the subject line. This is because of a link on the support page for users to click on to ask a question. However not all users see this link and simple email directly to [EMAIL PROTECTED] All emails from unsubscribed users go thru the moderators. Currently there are over 1000 emails per day going to the [email protected] email address. Most of this is spam, viruses, or auto-replies from badly configured mail servers. However for the 10-20 valid emails per day which the moderators allow thru to the list you can see in the headers that the mails has been moderated by looking for the field "Delivered-to: moderator". Any emails you find with this field you should really CC: the original poster and set the "Reply-to:" field to "[email protected]".
